		<description>Where I come from they call this &quot;Torta&quot; my Mom&#039;s old recipe includes ground or chopped fresh shrimp and a splash of lemon or calamansi. It is very delicious! She scramble one egg in a bowl then add about a cup of the cooked torta then fry it like an omellet or pancake. It is very good with banana ketchup. My Mom is from Pampanga in the Philippines. My husband loves it too!</description>
