Great post! Thanks for putting this up, I had forgotten how to make it, such a good recipe!! :) I love eating this with just rice but sometimes I feel guilty because there are no vegetables..
I've personally never added the MSG because I think the corned beef is often quite salty enough, and I usually add a chopped tomato or a can or diced tomato which adds a nice flavour.. :)

You actually use MSG? I don't think I've seen a bottle of MSG since I was going through my boyfriend's cabinet, gasped and threw it out! Hahaha.

Hi there!
How are you doing?

This looks like a great alternative to just adding onions (as I usually do!) Corned beef is usually my "I don't know what to eat" choice... sort of a last-minute-must-eat-now-or-I'll-pass-out kind of meal :p I'll have to take more time to fancy it up sometime ;)

I noticed you still have a link to my old blog on WordPress in your left sidebar... I've moved my blogs to my own domain some time ago. "Nemo's Kitchen" can now be found at http://kitchen.daily-dabble.com ;) Come check it out sometime!
I don't post recipes very often as I'm not cooking much due to various personal reasons, no real stove and oven being the main reason! I hope to get that all sorted out by the end of the year or early next year at the latest ;)

Hope you have a fantastic rest of the day!
